We come together to share understanding, resist the normalization of cruelty, misinformation, and injustice, and respond with care, accountability, and integrity in defense of human dignity.
WATCH did not start as a big idea. It started as a feeling.
Nikki was tired. Angry at times, yes, but mostly worn down by the constant noise, the headlines, the sense that something was not right and no one quite knew what to do with it. She started talking more with her friend Stephanie, whose boys had played sports together for years. Their conversations were not strategic. They were honest. “Are you feeling this too?” “How are you explaining this to your kids?” “Am I overreacting?”
They realized they were not alone.
What was supposed to be a small support circle turned into something bigger almost overnight. Nikki put out a simple call on Facebook, and the response made it clear that many women were carrying the same mix of frustration, confusion, and concern.
That is where WATCH came from: Women Advocating for Truth, Compassion, and Humanity.
We WATCH for injustice.
We WATCH out for each other.
We pay attention. We stay present. We do not look away.
WATCH is not about having all the answers. It is about community, clarity, and choosing to stay engaged together.
